Our Programs & Core Training System
VolleyDay provides structured development pathways for all ages and skill levels in Hong Kong. From your first serve to advanced match play, find your perfect class below:
1. Adult Volleyball Training (Ages 18+)
Designed for adults looking to learn volleyball, improve skills, or play competitively.
- New Starters (Lv. 1-2): Zero experience required. Focus on mastering basic posture, passing (overhand/underhand), and serving.
- Intermediate (Lv. 3-4): For players with basic control. Focus on spike timing, defensive positioning, and full-court tactics.
2. Youth Volleyball Training (U12: Age 8-12 and U16: Age 13-16)
Year-round systematic youth volleyball courses designed to build strong athletic foundations, technical proficiency, and team spirit for kids and teenagers.
3. 2026 Youth Summer Volleyball Training (U12: Age 8-12 and U16: Age 13-16)
Our intensive July–August summer program led by our championship-winning coaching team. The camp is built upon our 8 Core Training Modules to accelerate player growth:
Healthy Lifestyle: Promoting athlete-level nutrition guidance, proper rest, and active habits for the summer.
Technical Skills: Precise training and posture correction for passing, serving, spiking, and blocking.
Tactical Training: Learning court awareness, 6-on-6 positioning, offensive plays, and defensive transitions.
Physical Conditioning: Improving youth-specific agility, explosive power, speed, and endurance.
Match Experience: Regular simulated scrimmages to master official volleyball rules and court rotation.
Team Building: Developing communication, trust, and leadership through interactive group exercises.
Mental Toughness: Building confidence, sportsmanship, and emotional resilience to handle match pressure.
Injury Prevention: Learning proper landing techniques and safety habits to prevent common injuries like jammed fingers.

VolleyDay 排球日 為香港不同年齡及程度的排球愛好者提供系統化培訓。無論您是零基礎初學者還是想提升技術的球員,都能在這裡找到合適的課程:
1. VDSA 成人排球訓練班 (18歲或以上)
專為成年人設計的排球班,涵蓋基本動作入門、技術改良以及實戰對抗。
- 成人排球新手班 (NE Lv. 1-2): 適合零基礎學員。專注於掌握正確的預備姿勢、下手/上手傳球及發球基本功。
- 成人基礎訓練班 (FUN Lv.2-3) : 適合具備基本控球能力的球員。透過系統化教學提升排球技能、掌握比賽技巧
- 成人排球進階班 (INT Lv. 3-4): 適合具備基本控球能力、能參與比賽並渴望提升競技水平的學員的球員。 專注於深造扣球時機、防守走位、攔網以及全場戰術配合。
2. VDSA 青少年排球常規班 (U12: 8-12歲, U16: 13-16歲)
全年度系統化的兒童及青少年排球課程,旨在從小建立扎實的排球基本技術、強健的體魄與寶貴的團隊協作精神。

3. VDSA 2026 青少年/兒童暑期排球精煉班 (U12: 8-12歲, U16: 13-16歲)
每年 7-8 月舉辦的密集式暑期排球特訓課程。由具備學界冠軍背景的專業教練團隊親自執教,核心訓練緊扣以下 8 大核心模塊,助學員全方位蛻變:
- 專業排球基本功 (Technical Skills): 傳球、發球、扣球及攔網等基礎技術的精準姿勢矯正與技巧提升。
- 實戰基礎戰術 (Tactical Training): 學習球場空間感、進攻走位、防守反擊及隊友間的默契配合。
- 青少年專項體能 (Physical Conditioning): 提升敏捷度、反應速度、爆發力與耐力,強化球場應變表現。
- 模擬比賽經驗 (Match Experience): 定期安排模擬小組對抗賽,讓學員熟悉最新的正式排球比賽規則與輪轉。
- 團隊建設與凝聚 (Team Building): 透過小組互動,培養學員之間的有效溝通、信任、體育精神與集體凝聚力。
- 比賽心理素質 (Mental Toughness): 引導學員正確面對輸贏,建立自信心與不輕言放棄的心理韌性。
- 運動安全與防傷 (Injury Prevention): 教授正確落地及防護動作,提高安全意識。
- 健康生活習慣 (Healthy Lifestyle): 推廣運動員級別的健康生活方式,指導學員在暑期合理安排飲食與科學作息。
