VolleyDay Sport Academy (排球日) is a Hong Kong professional volleyball training centre established in 2015.
Our objective is to provide professional volleyball training programs to individuals of all skill levels and ages who are passionate about playing the sport and wish to enhance their abilities.
We offer a wide range of training courses, catering to both beginners and advanced players, with the aim of not only improving technical and physical aspects of the game, but also teaching the importance of teamwork and communication. Our mission is to promote the growth of volleyball in Hong Kong and encourage more people to lead healthier and more active lifestyles through participation in the sport. Our dedicated and passionate coaches are committed to helping players achieve their goals and we look forward to welcoming you to our program soon.
我們的目標是為所有熱愛排球運動的個人提供專業的排球訓練項目。我們提供廣泛的培訓課程，從初學者課程到高級培訓課程。
